In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? One of our current projects for a general contractor has had ongoing addendums and revisions to the drawings, making it challenging to stay on top of things so details won’t be overlooked. I’m proud that our service department’s diligence, hard work and dedication is paying off. The relationship that we’ve built with the GC on this project has gained us two more jobs because they recognize the quality of our work and our people.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? I never bring any stress from work home with me. Working with multiple general contractors and customers means adjusting to many personalities but work life doesn’t interfere with family time with my spouse and children. When I’m at work I focus on what needs to be done and leave my personal business at home, and vice versa. Keeping work and home life separate puts the focus where it belongs in each situation.
