What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? 

While leadership comes naturally to me, managing the variety of leadership tasks was overwhelming. Initially, I struggled to balance priorities and stay organized. To overcome this, I focused on developing an organized approach — prioritizing tasks, setting clear goals, and delegating effectively. This strategy allowed me to manage my responsibilities more efficiently.
