In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past year, I’m most proud of our company’s remarkable growth. We’ve executed impactful projects, tailored services to meet customer objectives, and achieved significant sales growth. Notably, our innovative approach that I took the lead in developing for a real estate client stands out. We introduced a rotating farmer’s market stand across four campuses to effectively distribute harvest from their farm to as many tenants as possible. This has successfully fostered community engagement and ESG.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? I pursue continuous learning and personal growth beyond my career through various avenues. From signing up for classes in subjects that I’m curious about, such as salsa dancing and art, to exploring podcasts and trying new recipes, I really enjoy new learning experiences. These opportunities for growth not only enrich my life outside of work but also enhance my personal development.
