What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? One of the biggest challenges early on was managing my time across multiple reports, especially when unexpected client requests popped up. It took a while, but I learned how to prioritize better, set clearer boundaries, and build in more structure to stay ahead. That experience taught me how important it is to protect your workflow so you can do solid work without burning yourself out.

If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? Be okay with not knowing everything at first, because no one does. Ask questions and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. The learning curve can be steep, but every small thing you do adds up. Just stay curious, and eventually it clicks.
