2025 Ones To Watch - Rising Stars: Lexi Brissette, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs

Lexi Brissette
Vice President, Brokerage
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs

“Lexi Brissette is breaking barriers as currently the only female commercial broker at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. Known for her relationship- driven approach, she’s reshaping Worcester’s CRE landscape. Actively involved in organizations like CREW Boston, NAI Global Women’s Alliance, and the Worcester Chamber, she champions connection and mentorship. Now completing her MBA at Bentley, Lexi is a rising leader.” - Maria Adamo, Chief Marketing Officer at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud to be working on the sale of 781 Grove St., the former St. Peter- Marian High School. I grew up nearby, played sports there, and always saw it as a pillar of the community. As one of Worcester’s few Catholic high schools, it’s a meaningful full- circle moment. This pivotal project-especially working alongside Mike Jacobs, managing principal-blends personal pride with professional growth and will bring impactful development to the city I care so deeply about.

What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? Breaking into commercial real estate at 23-as the only female broker at my firm and one of very few in the Worcester market-was a major challenge. The long hours, constant prospecting, and pressure to prove myself were mentally and emotionally tough. Thanks to strong mentors at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, I became a local market expert. Now, I have the confidence and experience to win business on my own and no longer feel I need to rely on a senior broker to be taken seriously or succeed.
