Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry? My mom has been an incredible inspiration, especially as a hardworking immigrant woman in construction. She showed me perseverance and dedication, facing challenges in an industry that wasn’t always welcoming to women or immigrants. She sacrificed so much for our family, shaping how I value opportunities. Her work ethic pushed me to always give my best. For those entering the industry: - Speak up – your voice matters. - Stay curious and keep learning. - Be resilient – perseverance is key. - Celebrate every success, big or small.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? Leading my first Maine project was a pivotal moment in my career. It was a huge responsibility that let me showcase my leadership skills and contribute to our expansion. The project had challenges, from design to navigating local regulations, but overcoming them was incredibly rewarding. It helped me grow professionally, opened new opportunities, and solidified our presence in the area. This milestone shaped both my career and the company’s direction.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work? I recharge by doing fun projects with my kids & hitting the gym to clear my mind and relieve stress.
