What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? The project I’m most proud of is the one that I’m currently on – the Easterseals NH Military & Veteran Campus. To be part of a project that will help support veterans and their families is extremely rewarding. In the first phase of this project, Easterseals and PROCON are giving new life to several 100+ year old historical buildings. This comes with many challenges, but the final product will be well worth it and serve a purpose to the Military and Veterans community for years to come.

Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry? I’ve been working in the engineering and construction industry for the last 9 years, but working with the leadership at PROCON for the last two years has been the most inspiring part of my career. My advice for the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry would be to find a company or group of people who are supportive, knowledgeable, and exemplify what leaders should be. When you are surrounded by great people, you will prosper.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work? My favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work is by spending time with family,
