The Cottages at the Bay Club

What accomplishment or milestone stood out for you or your firm in 2025? The completion of our first homes in The Cottages at the Bay Club community is definitely a standout accomplishment for our group over the year. Each home is approximately 2,680 s/f, coupled with an additional 600 s/f of unfinished space, situated within the expansive Bay Club - an Audubon Sanctuary with championship golf, a sports and fitness complex, fine dining, and vibrant social community. The sale of our first home, which took place in October, was another exciting milestone - with more to come!

As you look ahead to 2026, which emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or your market sector? We think more people will be drawn to the South Coast-its relaxed coastal lifestyle, accessibility to major metropolitan areas, and rich cultural, recreational and natural offerings, without the congestion, bridges and summer traffic. And as they are, The Cottages at the Bay Club will provide an opportunity for people looking for an exclusive residential experience with coastal elegance. The Bay Club is considered a hidden gem among New England golf courses, and as a result of its Audubon status (one of 66 golf courses worldwide), it is deeply committed to environmental stewardship.
