What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I’m most proud of stepping into the general manager role here at Tecta and helping bring greater discipline to job performance and financial visibility. By improving how we track costs, forecast, and communicate across teams, we’ve been able to make more proactive decisions and avoid surprises. Above all, I take great pride in witnessing the growth of our team’s confidence and enhanced control over their work.

What trends or opportunities do you see shaping the future of commercial real estate? There’s a clear shift toward long-term asset performance and cost predictability.
