What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? After graduating from Babson College, I began my career in sales at Dell EMC, building a strong foundation in client service and deal strategy. I transitioned into commercial real estate to work in a more relationship-driven, asset-based industry. I started at Cummings Properties in property management, managing a portfolio of over 100 clients spanning office, retail, medical, and lab space. That experience, combined with my sales background, led me to Parsons Commercial Group, where I advise landlords, tenants, and investors across Central Massachusetts and MetroWest markets.

What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? The recent project I’m most proud of is a 10,061 s/f office lease with The Coworking House at 153 Needham St. in Newton. Over a nine-month process, I sourced the tenant, guided site selection, and supported negotiations through execution alongside 128 CRE and Crosspoint Associates. This marks CoHo’s second location and its first presence in the Greater Boston market. In addition, I’m actively managing a pipeline of office and industrial assignments across Central Massachusetts and MetroWest markets, working with both landlords and tenants on leasing, repositioning, and expansion strategies.
