2026 Women in Construction: Madison Chaialee, Resource Options, Inc.

Madison Chaialee
Account Manager
Resource Options, Inc.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? I see the opportunities in construction every day working in recruiting at Resource Options, and they’re growing. Firms are competing for strong leaders, project managers, and innovators, and there’s real demand for women to step into these roles. The industry values diverse perspectives, and the right fit can lead to high-impact positions. Helping women connect with opportunities they might not have considered is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? I’ve learned that adversity is everything. Lean into it. What sets you apart is what makes you, you. You are a woman in construction, a leader, a teammate, and a role model for younger girls discovering it isn’t so intimidating. Carrying that confidence will take you far. Entering a male-dominated industry can feel daunting, but you’ve already come this far. Believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and keep pushing forward.

What is something outside of work that brings you energy, balance or creativity? A trip to the most magical place on earth, Disney World! Embracing the magic every time.
