What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? Completed at the end of 2023, I was the APM on a three-floor lobby renovation within a 100+ year old building. We managed a structurally failing terracotta floor, a 1,000 lb. custom bird cage leveraged on a brick wall, 30+ feet ceilings with custom lights from Europe, intricate Italian tile install, and all within an active tenant building. The design on this job was incredibly detailed and required intense coordination between trades to ensure the final product was high quality and durable enough to withstand active clientele for years to come in downtown Boston.

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? Being a part of a primarily male industry has been challenging, but forging connections with strong, smart, and kind women has been inspiring. By highlighting Women in Construction annually, it encourages young women to explore other employment avenues that may have seemed off limits beforehand; bringing more women into construction only benefits all those involved. Moreover, my favorite part of WIC is celebrating coworkers and leaders who set the precedent, show up every day, and set the tone.
