What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months?

 Over the past 12 months, I’m pleased to have effectively scaled up our construction productivity to help address the massive void of affordable housing plaguing Massachusetts. With careful planning, strategic vision and an investment in licensed construction supervision and volunteer recruitment staff, we tripled our weekly construction hours and created more opportunities for volunteers to join our Habitat labor force. We’re already seeing returns in increased building pace on a new home build in progress, and this all sets the stage for our continued impact growth in this year and beyond, providing affordable homeownership to underserved low-income families in need.
