What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? In all honesty, it was giving back to the next generation in our field by mentoring two young adults on what an estimator in construction does and the process. It is personally fulfilling to witness the growth and development of others under my guidance. Watching each one overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in the industry is immensely rewarding!
