What are your goals for the future? I’m hoping to continue to guide and mentor emerging professionals using my 25+ years in the profession, during much of which I did construction administration for at least one project at a time. I’d like to use learning experiences, both positive and negative, to be part of an ongoing and comprehensive change for the better for women in this industry.
