What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? For the past two plus years I’ve had the pleasure of working on an upcoming housing project in Jamaica Plain. It is a 100% affordable 45-unit condominium. Once completed, it will notably be the most colorful building in JP!

What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? I think having a clear understanding of how things generally come together which has helped my decision-making process, making me a better planner and designer. It is hard to foresee all obstacles that may arise during the lifetime of a project but just understanding what expectations are, what needs to happen to get results, and what the general sequencing is to do them, has helped me rationalize and prioritize details for a successful project execution.
