What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? I recently was able to connect three successful Rockland Trust customers, forging a strategic partnership for a new mixed-use project. Located at the historic site of Melrose’s first minority-owned business, the project will revitalize the area creating retail space as well as much-needed housing. Six units in this development will be 40B deed-restricted affordable to address local availability concerns. This collaborative effort promises a positive addition to the city!

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? My favorite aspect of Women in Construction Week is celebrating the achievements and contributions of talented women in the industry. They each bring a unique perspective that allows everyone to better navigate industry challenges.
