Q. The approximate number of years you have been a subscriber and/or how the NEREJ has been a benefit to you and/or your business
A. In early 1980s Ben Summers wrote up a large transaction that I brokered in Norwell on the first page of the Journal. By doing this, it helped put me "on the map". Few years later, in about 1983-1984, I went to Ben and asked him to do a special NAIOP section for the Journal. Ben suggested that I sell advertising for that section, which we did. I was the founding clerk of the New England NAIOP chapter. This led to Ben and I creating the SIOR and CCIM sections for the Journal.
