According to Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates, LP, a new 24-hour, full service CVS/pharmacy has opened at 644 West Putnam Ave., a new 36,000 s/f retail/office/medical building.
CVS/pharmacy is occupying 13,500 s/f on the ground floor of the modern two-story building which has a drive-through pharmacy window. The building features 17,000 s/f of ground floor retail space and 19,000 s/f of second floor office/medical/retail space. The building, which has direct access to West Putnam Ave. (Rte. 1) and Holly Hill Lane, is situated on a two-level underground parking garage with on-grade parking as well.

We are seeing a great deal of interest by prospective office and medical tenants who want to be in an attractive and convenient location in one of the region's premier communities," said Joseph Simone, president of Simone Development Cos., a full service real estate investment company which developed the building in partnership with Fareri Associates, LP, a Greenwich-based real estate investment and development firm.
The completion of 644 West Putnam Ave. is a turnaround for a property that was once dubbed "the hole in the ground." The site remained vacant for many years until Simone and Fareri acquired the site for development.
