Richmond Vista at Wakefield, the newest apartment community in the area, is developed by The Richmond Company Inc., by its residential division. It has recently reached the 50% mark in its lease-up efforts. Comprised of 114 apartment homes, the community broke ground in 2012, and opened its doors to the public at the end of March 2013.
Leasing and property management services are being provided by The Dolben Company, Inc. Design and architecture services were provided by Thomas House, principal and owner of THA Architects, LLC. The construction manager for the project was Brian Wallace, owner of BRT Management & Consulting, LLC.

Located near Lake Quannapowitt, Richmond Vista at Wakefield provides the renters with access to I-95, Rte. 128 and Rte. 28, as well as to the MBTA commuter rail.
Apartment features include oversized windows, ample closet space, 9 foot ceilings, fully applianced stainless steel kitchens, full-size washer/dryers, and central air conditioning. In addition, all apartments are wired for FiOS high speed Internet and digital TV, and most also feature a private patio or deck.
Community amenities at Richmond Vista at Wakefield also include underground parking and elevator access, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and on-site management, as well as a fitness center, community room with library, and a resident portal that allows residents to make online payments and submit work orders using either a desktop computer or mobile device.
