Hopkinton MA It took many partnerships, alliances and iterations to get the 12 home luxury subdivision deal completed, but it finally happened on April 17. Developer Diamond Builders and South Shore builder Gadles Development are joining forces to construct a high end neighborhood. First Boston Associates, of Quincy and Conquest Capital Partners, also of Quincy combined to be the financiers on the $6.25 million deal.
For the past 2 years, Diamond Builders has been working with the town of Hopkinton to push this 12 acre subdivision through all sorts of town approvals and sign offs. Finally, the deal is closed and lot clearing road work and infrastructure all started.
The subdivision will feature 12 5,000 s/f plus homes sitting on a an acre of land each. The homes will combine gorgeous architecture with exquisite interior finishes. The homes will be priced from $1 million to $1.5 million.
Diamond Builders was kind enough to donate nearly 30 acres of land to the town in exchange for being allowed to build on the 12 remaining acres. The project should prove to be great for the town and the immediate surrounding community. High end inventory has lagged behind demand, and this project will look to bring new homes to the market in the coming months.
