A.P. Construction promotes Orlando, Kammerer, Nystrom, and Seferidis

Stamford, CT A.P. Construction Company (APC) has promoted Joe Orlando to senior vice president of operations; Mark Kammerer to vice president of construction; Reid Nystrom to vice president of construction; and Dimitri Seferidis as director of preconstruction.

Orlando has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As senior vice president of operations, he is responsible for the overall management of all project operations. He started his career as a structural engineer, maintains his professional engineering license, and joined APC in 2005 He earned a bachelor of science from the University of Connecticut in Civil and Structural Engineering.

Kammerer joined APC in 2006 and has over 30 years of construction experience. His areas of expertise include country clubs, sports and entertainment centers, athletic facilities, assisted living facilities, high-end housing, and office buildings. Kammerer holds a bachelor of arts in Business Management from Colorado State University and is a member of the Construction Institute.

Nystrom has been with APC for 14 years. In his most recent role with the company, he was a project director where he oversaw numerous fast-track corporate interiors and capital improvement projects annually ranging in size from minor renovations to multi-floor fit outs for hospitals, medical offices, office buildings, corporate headquarters, and fitness centers. Reid holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Diploma in Construction Management Business Administration from New York University. He is a member of NAIOP CT and REFA’s Fairfield/Westchester Chapter.

Seferidis has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined APC five years ago as a project manager. Prior to his tenure at APC, he was a project manager for construction firms based in Long Island and Queens, NY. He completed coursework in Theology from Fairfield University.
