A.W. Perry signs GEN3 Partners to 6,000 s/f at Twenty Winthrop Sq.

According to A.W. Perry Inc., GEN3 Partners has signed a lease at Twenty Winthrop Sq., a five-story, 30,000 s/f office building located in the city's Financial District. GEN3 Partners, a business consulting firm, will occupy 6,000 s/f on the building's 2nd floor. "We're pleased that GEN3 Partners has decided to relocate to Twenty Winthrop Sq." said Kerri Gallaway assistant vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry, Inc. "We look forward to having them here as our tenant and neighbor." "We are very happy to have found Twenty Winthrop Sq. The building is well-suited to our requirements and tastes," said Haydar Diab, vice president of GEN3 Partners. "A. W. Perry's friendly and hands-on approach to property management also was a deciding factor for us." The CB Richard Ellis team of Jon Freni, senior associate and Tim Lyne, executive vice president/partner, represented A.W. Perry in the transaction. GEN3 Partners was represented by Tom O'Regan senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle. Twenty Winthrop Sq. is located at the intersection of Franklin St. and Devonshire St. in the city's Financial District. Built in 1873 and renovated in 1984, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
