Fairfield County
TEK Systems, Inc., an international technology staffing and services company, has leased 5,670 s/f at 777 Commerce Dr., Fairfield, and Midland Paper National, LLC has leased 3,379 s/f at 1375 Kings Hwy., Fairfield. Both buildings owned by Abbey Road Advisors are in close proximity to the new MetroNorth train station slated to become operational by October 2011. CMR Associates, risk management and investment consultants, expanded from existing space to 3,721 s/f at 1375 Kings Hwy.
Westchester County, NY
My Publisher!, a self-publishing house for photo books, calendars and cards, has extended its current lease of 25,544 s/f at 400 Columbus Ave., Valhalla, N.Y, and expanded into an additional 6,050 s/f for a total of 31,594 s/f.
The Yonkers District Office for the Department of Health has renewed its lease for 12,090 s/f at 20 South Broadway, and the Westchester County Educational Opportunity Center has renewed its lease for 33,672 s/f at 26 South Broadway, both in Yonkers, NY. Attorney Steve Anduze has also renewed his lease for 1,559 s/f at the same location.
