The 6,000 s/f project will include a new cafeteria, kitchen, restrooms and lobby. Acella has partnered with Ai3 Architects on this project; Acella and Ai3 have successfully worked together on multiple education projects in the past including a new cafeteria, new athletic center, and multiple labs for Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton. Construction is scheduled to begin in May and continue throughout the summer.
"The Blessed Sacrament School community is excited to move forward with the renovation plans for our cafeteria, kitchen, foyer and bathrooms this summer. These renovations will transform our school, making the building a much more modern and vibrant place for our students to learn and grow," said Principal James Spillman.
"Sacred Heart School is a wonderful community of parents, students and faculty that provides a solid academic education for their students. The school offers extended day services, after school clubs and athletics and this renovation project is designed to enhance their services to the children and the community," said Dave Dirubbo, President of Acella Construction Corp.
