Three-bedroom homes have Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, direct vents for cooking, elegant kitchen tiling, southern and eastern exposures, and commanding views from the higher floors. Outdoor parking spaces are available, along with assigned garage parking and accommodations for electric vehicles. A Blue Bike Station and Zip Car, and dog park are adjacently located at The Outlook.

“We were excited to be part of team on the sellout of this dynamic new development community that offered a little something for everyone,” said Janice Dumont, CEO of Advisors Living New Development. “From start to finish the building sellout took 23 months, selling between four and five units a month on average, which is a great pace.”
