Aho of Aho Properties completes three sales totaling $1.745 million

Fitchburg, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties completed three deals recently.

Aho represented ownership in the sale of a 7,200 s/f industrial/auto building on 0.39 acres at 41 Summit St. for $550,000. Aho also procured the buyer directly in an off-market transaction.

Aho also represented ownership in the sale of 4.75 acres at 91 Groton Harvard Rd. in Ayer, Mass. for $1 million. The site was previously used by Burnham Transportation, and the buyer will use the property for their concrete business North Atlantic Concrete, Inc.

In addition, Aho represented ownership in the sale of 2.28 acres at 0 Sculley Rd. in Ayer for $195,000.
