Aho of Aho Properties sells 7,308 s/f 25 Station Ave. in Groton, MA for $800,000
Groton, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, represented ownership in the sale of 25 Station Ave. for $800,000. The 7,308 s/f building on 1.08 acres was purchased by the owner of Moison Ace Hardware also in town. The new owner plans to use the property for storage space for the company.
