Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties completes $1.45 million sale to TMX Property, LLC

Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented the ownership and procured the buyer in the sale of 72 Cedar Hill St. to TMX Property, LLC for $1.45 million. The 20,000 s/f building was fully leased to two tenants at the time of the sale, and this latest transaction represents the fourth time that O'Brien Commercial Properties has brokered the sale of this property. Also, Sportography Inc. has leased 2,300 s/f of space at 41 Brigham St. David Curley, an associate at O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the tenant. Sportography specializes in youth sport photography and is a division of the national photography company, Lifetouch.
