The Dolben Company, Inc. hires Olszanowski and Bostrom as property managers

The Dolben Company, Inc. has hired two new regional property managers, Tim Bostrom and Derek Olszanowski. Bostrom joins the company from Maloney Properties, where he was a senior property manager. Prior to that, he worked at Beacon Residential Management as a regional vice president, managing a portfolio of more than 1,900 units, including market rate, tax credit, and Section 8 properties. He also held the position of area manager at Beacon for approximately five years, managing more than 700 residential units in the Mid-Atlantic region. Olszanowski joins Dolben from Columbia National Real Estate Finance, where he was an asset manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 100 multifamily, office, retail and flex properties. Previously, he worked for Bozzuto Management, where he spent almost six years in various roles, including sales consultant, residential property manager, and corporate trainer. Thomas Beaton, vice president of property management, said, "Dolben's rapid growth over the last twelve months in both New England and the Mid-Atlantic has allowed us to hire two very experienced industry professionals.
