Chelmsford, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC represented ownership in the lease of 12,523 s/f of space at 275 Billerica Rd. to Winners Chapel. The leased space was previously occupied by Grace Church and had a large existing sanctuary, which made it an ideal fit. James Tambone of Lincoln Property represented the tenant in the transaction.
