Aho Properties leases 11,605 s/f to Drake Academy

Chelmsford, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC represented ownership in the lease of 11,605 s/f at 275 Billerica Rd. to Drake Academy of Excellence.

Drake Academy, a private, non-profit, grades 1-8 school, plans to open in Massachusetts in the fall of 2025.
