Aho Properties leases 6,500 s/f
flex space to Jetson Home Corp.
Marlborough, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, represented ownership in the lease of 6,500 s/f of flex space at 91 Bartlett St., to Jetson Home Corp. The tenant is a direct to consumer electric heat pump company. This new space is Jetson’s first East Coast location.
Allison Powers, Janessa Biller and Philip Lee of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
