26,476 s/f lease to SRS Distribution

Malden, MA According to Combined Properties Inc., SRS Distribution renewed their lease of 26,476 s/f at 326 Commercial St. 

SRS Distribution is an industry-leading wholesale roofing products distributor that serves the professional roofing contractor. SRS Distribution is one of the fastest growing building products distribution companies in the US and has opened multiple new locations since its start in February of 2008.

326 Commercial St. is a part of Combined Properties large industrial portfolio situated within Boston’s Inner Belt. The property’s unique attributes include 22,076 s/f of warehouse with drive in and cross dock capability, at grade service bays, and a 4,400 s/f showroom/office area; all situated on a site that can accommodate surface parking for 200 vehicles.

“Several years ago, SRS acquired a regional roofing company that occupied one of our properties in Medford, MA” said Greg Regazzini, SVP director of leasing for Combined Properties. “Shortly thereafter, SRS expanded their footprint within our portfolio when they signed a new lease here in Malden. “This renewal is a testament to our in-house property management team which prides itself in delivering best-in-class services. SRS is a great operator and we are proud to continue our relationship with them at both locations.”
