Aho Properties sells industrial building for $2.125 million
Billerica MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties LLC, represented the seller, Engineering Assembly Consulting LLC, in the $2.125 million sale of 21-25 Republic Rd. The property consists of a 17,800 s/f industrial building located on 1.74 acres. The seller is going to transfer his business to Pennsylvania. The Throne Depot purchased the property for their portable restroom rental company and was moving out of rented space in Woburn. An offer was accepted within two weeks of listing the property for sale.
