Akelius acquires 58-unit apartment building in Back Bay for $33.5 million
Boston, MA Akelius has acquired a 58-unit apartment building in the city. The property, built in 1928, is located on 12-14 Commonwealth Ave.in Back Bay. Boston Public Garden is located close by. It is five and two kilometers away from Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT, respectively. The final sale price was $33.5 million.
