Albanese of Paramount Partners sells Hingham Boat Yard for $1.4 million
According to Paramount Partners, LLC of Braintree, the Hingham Boat Yard, a 46-slip marina located at 26 Summer St. has been sold. The seller was Hingham Boat Yard LLC and the buyer is B & K Enterprises LLC. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.4 million.
The buyer, a local Hingham resident, plans to upgrade the property and continue the operation of the marina as it presently exists.
The property has been permitted for the construction of a new two-story 5,400 s/f commercial building to replace the existing structure. The new building was designed to house offices and service businesses. However, at this time, it was undecided whether any new construction will take place.
Vincent Albanese, principal of Paramount Partners, LLC, represented the seller in the transaction and procured the buyer.
