Aldon Electric completes Time Out Market Boston in Fenway

Boston, MA NECA Boston contractor Aldon Electric, Inc. completed comprehensive electrical installations for Time Out Market Boston, the city’s newest culinary tasting destination located on the ground floor of the 421 Park Dr. building (formerly known as the Landmark Center) in the Fenway neighborhood.

The project team included Dyer Brown Architects, Construction Management & Builders, Inc., and owner Time Out Market (Boston) LLC, New York, N.Y.

The 25,000 s/f build-out of the innovative dining and drinking destination in the art deco space included installations of power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for 15 food kiosks, two bars and a demonstration kitchen. The Time Out Market Boston, which features tasting restaurant concepts headed by some of the city’s most decorated chefs, opened as scheduled on June 25.  In meeting the aggressive nine-month electrical project schedule, Aldon’s project management team supervised a crew of 12 IBEW Local 103 electricians through significant layout and scheduling changes.
