Allaire and Pasquantonio of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial broker $400,000 sale
Jeff Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial recently represented the seller, G & D Realty Trust, in the sale of the former Bullukian Energy home heating oil storage facility and shipping headquarters for $400,000.
40 Alpine Row featured 3 individual industrial and garage buildings totaling over 10,000 s/f situated on a 1.27 acre site. The site also featured over 600,000 gallons of out of service oil tanks which the new buyer intends to remove.
Sam Pasquantonio also of Century 21 Commonwealth represented the buyer, Landscape Network, LLC. The buyer will use the site as a landscaping contractor's yard and business headquarters.
