SIOR New England chapter names executive-level appointments

According to SIOR New England Chapter, Inc., a professional affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, multiple executive-level appointments have been made for the 2015-2016 term to further strengthen the chapter's ties within the real estate industry. Donald Mancini, principal at Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc., has been named president of SIOR New England, with Tim Brodigan, vice president at Colliers International, being named vice president, Mike Giuttari, president of MG Commercial Real Estate, named treasurer, and Katherine Williams Kane, president of Williams ReloLogic and Maestro Consulting, named secretary. As principal at Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates in Worcester, Mass., Mancini specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, and commercial debt placement for office, industrial, retail, and apartment assets. With 15 years of real estate experience and having sold, leased and financed more than 20 million s/f, Mancini is a prime candidate to lead SIOR's New England Chapter in its upcoming term. At Colliers International, Brodigan serves as vice president on the suburban brokerage team. In his role, he consults with clients in the leasing, sale, disposition, and acquisition of real estate assets in the 128 & 495 North markets. Additionally, he earned his bachelor of arts degree in Sociology from the University of Hartford and is a dedicated supporter of the Children's Hospital Dream Maker organization. As president and founder of MG Commercial Real Estate, Giuttari has been in the commercial real estate business for 28 years. In addition to earning his degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, he has worked with many notable clients including CVS Pharmacy, Pepperidge Farm, and Newell Rubbermaid. Along with his involvement in SIOR, he has served five consecutive terms as president of the Rhode Island Commercial & Appraisal Board of Realtors, and has received a past Realtor of the Year Award. Kane currently serves as president at Williams ReloLogic and Maestro Consulting, a private equity real estate firm that brings institutional investors into commercial real estate projects on the East Coast. In her role, Kane represents corporate tenants in their research, negotiation, and ultimate relocation. Previously a board member at SIOR, she brings extensive industry knowledge and a diverse background to her role as secretary.
