Jewett Construction wins Master Builder Award
Jewett Construction Co., Inc., recently received a 2012 Master Builder Award from Oklahoma-based Star Building Systems. This design-based award was given in the "Best Shopping Center" category for the 4,000 s/f Jewett Square retail mall located on Rte. 27.
Jewett Square is constructed of a pre-engineered Star metal building with StarShield metal roofing. Erected by Jewett's metal buildings & steel erectors division, it features a block and stucco façade. The job also involved the initial demolition of existing buildings and related site work.
Jewett Construction Company, Inc. is a Raymond, NH-based design-build/construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast.

Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
