Alvarado of Commercial Property Advisors handles 7,462 s/f lease
Littleton, MA Marci Alvarado, principal of Commercial Property Advisors, represented Odic Inc. in the renewal and expansion of their space at 295 Foster St. Odic now occupies 7,462 s/f at the property.
Alvarado said, “It has been a pleasure collaborating with the team at Odic once again and assisting them in the negotiations. I look forward to watching their continued growth and successes in Littleton.”
Odic Inc. was established in 1991. The company designs electronics and provides complete product development, offering customers full turnkey design and development services.
