Alvarado of Parsons brokers 9,000 s/f office building for $2.9 million
Parsons Commerical Group brokers $2.9 million sale of a 9,000 s/f office building. Marci Alvarado of Parsons Comm'l. handled the sale for Number One Insurance Co. J.R. McDonald of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, The Congress Group.
The property is located at 137 Pennsylavania Ave. Technology Park and is visible from the Mass. Turnpike. The property was formerly owned and occupied by Mass. Association of Insurance Agents who will be relocating and expanding their headquarters.
