Alvarado of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. represents Two Chef's Catering in 6,885 s/f lease

(PCG), represented Two Chef's Catering in their relocation and new business opportunity at 1001 Pawtucket Blvd. Two Chef's Catering, an on-site food service provider, leased 6,885 s/f at the building. "The property needed a new food service provider and with the help of the owner, Winstanley Enterprises, Two Chef's was able to achieve both goals of finding a new home base for their catering business while serving the needs of the property's tenants," said Alvarado. "1001 Pawtucket Blvd. is an 835,000 s/f industrial facility that will benefit by having such a high quality on-site food service provider," said Alvarado.
