Alvarado of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. represents Two Chef's Catering in 6,885 s/f lease

Marci Alvarado, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG), represented Two Chef's Catering in their relocation and new business opportunity at 1001 Pawtucket Blvd. Two Chef's Catering, an on-site food service provider, leased 6,885 s/f at the building. "The property needed a new food service provider and with the help of the owner, Winstanley Enterprises, Two Chef's was able to achieve both goals of finding a new home base for their catering business while serving the needs of the property's tenants," said Alvarado. "1001 Pawtucket Blvd. is an 835,000 s/f industrial facility that will benefit by having such a high quality on-site food service provider," said Alvarado.
