Alves of Elite Commercial sells 4,588 s/f for $450,000
Warren, RI Michael Alves, broker with Elite Commercial Realty sold the 4,558 s/f Daniel House, 767 Main St., for $450,000.
Alves negotiated for both parties Carlos Ferreira, seller and Living in Fulfilling Environments (L.I.F.E.) Inc., the buyer.
The .267 acre property is a 119-year old 22-room home that was used as an assisted living facility for many years and before that it was a boardinghouse named The Daniel Child House.
