Alves of KW Elite Commercial Realty brokers $1.08 million sale
Providence, RI Michael Alves of KW Elite Commercial Realty completed the sale of three 6-unit brick multifamily buildings for $1.08 million. The properties were sold by Fawcett Properties, LLC and purchased by Dream Realty, LLC. The buildings are located at 35, 43 & 51 Thackery St.
This was a 1031 acquisition for Dream Realty and the last multifamily sale for Fawcett Properties, LLC.
