Amodio & Co. Real Estate broker $575,000 sale at Six Central Row
Six Central Row - Hartford, CTHartford, CT Amodio & Co Real Estate brokered the $575,000 sale of a 15,114 s/f office building at Six Central Row. Amodio & Co Real Estate represented the buyer, State House Realty, Inc., CBRE represented the seller, Blair Central Row, LLC.
This iconic “Jewel Box” building is an historic office property with classically styled and unique architectural details. Originally built in 1850 and updated to the technology, comforts and finishes of 2015 with above-standard interior office finishes.
The Intrigue Group has leased space in the building. The Intrigue Group, established in 1994, is a worldwide entertainment company.
State House Realty is upgrading the building to a solid class B building to compliment the restoration of the Old State House across the street.
