Lyman Real Estate leases 24,000 s/f to MedOptions at 55-57 Hatchetts Hill Road
55-57 Hatchetts Hill Road - Old Lyme, CTOld Lyme, CT According to Lyman Real Estate CEO Ron Lyman, CCIM, 55-57 Hatchetts Hill Rd. has been leased to MedOptions, a growing provider of behavioral health services to residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Lyman’s Peter Walsh acted as broker for the tenant who signed the agreement with landlord READCO.
MedOptions is occupying more than 16,000 s/f of the building, and has another 8,000 s/f available to accommodate further growth.
