Amper and Marchetti of Capstone Properties leases 16,000 s/f warehouse
Neil Amper, SIOR and Lori Marchetti of Capstone Properties leased 16,000 s/f of warehouse space at 289 Kilvert St. to East Greenwich Winair a distributor of heating and air conditioning systems. East Greenwich Winair is part of The Winn Group that has 550 distributors nationwide.
This represents a major expansion in the state. Marchettti represented Winair and Amper represented the owner.
