Johnston, RI Neil Amper of Capstone Properties has leased a 28,727 s/f warehouse located at 1 Carding Ln. to Fisher Auto Parts of Virginia.
Fisher has 360 retail locations and has expanded into New England.
The warehouse fitted the needs of the company with its close proximity to major highways, loading docks, and high ceilings.
